Your sun sign is one line in a document with dozens. It says something true and almost nothing useful about the two of you together.

Synastry is different. It lays two complete charts over one another and reads the angles between them: her Moon to his Moon, his Venus to her Mars, her Saturn to his Sun. What if I do not know my exact birth time?

You can still receive a reading. Planetary aspects between the charts stay accurate; house placements and the Ascendant are marked as approximate, and the report says so.

Do I need my partner's consent?

Only their birth data is used, and only to calculate a chart. No account is created for them and nothing is sent to them.
